Kyle Anstey is Bioethicist for University Hospital Network (UHN) and Assistant Professor in the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto. Prior to joining UHN, Kyle completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Clincal Ethics with the Joint Centre for Bioethics.
Kyle obtained his PhD at the Centre for Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics at the University of Melbourne, Australia. Before undertaking his doctorate, he completed a Master's in Bioethics at Monash University, and a graduate clinical bioethics practicum and Honours Philosophy degree at Queen's University, Ontario.
Kyle's main research interests relate to organizational ethics, disability studies and new reproductive technologies. He also established and chairs the ethics committee of ISIS Regional Fertility Centre.
